WWII era German Penco 700 Shaving Razor

Not a lot of information out there on these.  I got it out of Czechoslovakia and it is period to WWII.  Only marking is "Penco 700" on the end cap.  It is Bakelite and disassembles into a small easy to store item for a soldier's kit.
